Belleria Pizza and Italian Restaurant wants to help you Raise Some Dough for your organization.

 

“Raise Some Dough Night” is an excellent fundraiser for non-profit organizations like school PTO/PTAs, scout groups, sports teams, churches, youth groups and others with a good size member base but few volunteers.

 

 Here’s how it works:

 

  1. Contact Belleria Hermitage to schedule a “Raise Some Dough Night”. Events may be held on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday night from 4-10pm.  Click here for tips on how to hold a successful event. 

  2. Once your event is confirmed, you will be provided with invitations to distribute to your supporters. An electronic copy will also be provided for you to post on your website or distribute via email.  Click here to see sample invitation.

  3. Distribute your invitations to your supporters in advance of the event to encourage attendance. Invitations cannot be distributed in the restaurant or parking lot.

  4. Guests should present their invitation to their server when they place their order. Your supporters can also participant with orders for carryout or delivery.

  5. 15% of eligible receipts (not including tax or gratuity) will be donated to your organization. Receipts must have a “Raise Some Dough Night” invitation attached to be eligible.

  6. Your organization will receive a check for your earnings within 14 days of the event.
